Topaz Ocean provides software that helps you organize and understand information related to your IRS account. It is an informational and monitoring service, not a law firm, tax return preparer, enrolled agent, or substitute for professional advice.

Features, availability, and supported record types may change as we improve the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and promptly telling us about unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter these terms and may not use the service for unlawful purposes.

The Initial IRS Review is currently described as a one-time $299 purchase. Ongoing Monitoring is currently described as $30 per month after the initial review. Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Before launch, Topaz Ocean must confirm the legal entity receiving payment, billing cadence, cancellation mechanics, refund policy, chargeback handling, and payment processor terms.

You retain rights to information you provide. You give Topaz Ocean the permissions needed to operate the service, including obtaining, organizing, displaying, and monitoring authorized IRS-related records as described during onboarding.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee a particular IRS outcome, collection result, filing result, response time, or deadline. We are not responsible for decisions you make based solely on software output.

Liability caps, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and required consumer disclosures must be reviewed and completed by counsel before production launch.

Questions about these terms should be directed through the support channel identified in the live product. A production contact address and legal entity name must be added before launch.
